  • Create bulkhead designs for different OEM Van configurations.
  • Custom design for different applications based on the application.
  • Validate the design based on the compliance requirements.
  • Detail engineering, BOM & Product data management including install manual.

APPROACH

  • Designed bulkheads for Ford Transit, Pro Master, Sprinter , NissanNV & GM Vans.
  • 3 Design variants – Sheet metal, Composite and Sliding door
  • Design compliance with FMVSS /eCFR standards & DFM & A.
