Software Controls Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and testing EV controls software and hardware and creating component and system-level design and release documentation for the EV systems.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related.

• 2+ years of controls systems engineering or software engineering in the automotive sector.
• 2+ years of Matlab/Simulink expertise.
• Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings, prints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Programming experience with microcontrollers for embedded applications.
• Working knowledge of CAN and the J1939 protocol.
• Experience with wire harnesses and automotive electrical systems.
